CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand that life happens and plans may need to change. In order to provide the best service to all our clients, we kindly ask that you review and adhere to our cancellation policy below: Cancellations & Rescheduling: Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment to avoid a cancellation fee. Late Cancellations: Cancellations made with less than 24 hour notice will incur a 100% cancellation fee. No-Shows: Clients who do not show up for their scheduled appointment without prior notice will be charged full service amount and may be required to prepay for future bookings. Emergencies & Exceptions: We understand that emergencies happen. If you experience a true emergency, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your situation.
