CANCELLATION POLICY
I understand that life happens and plans may need to change. In order to provide the best service to all our clients, I kindly ask that you review and adhere to my cancellation policy below: Cancellations & Rescheduling: Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment to avoid a cancellation fee. Late Cancellations Cancellations made with less than 48 hour notice will incur a 100% cancellation fee. No-Shows: Clients who do not show up for their scheduled appointment without prior notice will be charged full service amount and may be required to prepay for future bookings. Emergencies & Exceptions: We understand that emergencies happen. If you experience a true emergency, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your situation.
